Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.

We ship to the following destinations. Delivery times are estimates based on our logistics partner.

United States: 6 - 9 Business Days
Canada: 5 - 9 Business Days
United Kingdom: 4 - 6 Business Days
France: 4 - 8 Business Days
Australia: 6 - 9 Business Days

Taxes & Fees

All prices shown on SelfSublime are final. The amount you see at checkout is the total you will pay — there are no surprise charges, additional handling fees, or extra payments required when your package arrives.

We take care of all necessary processing and remittance on our end to ensure your order reaches you smoothly. While we work hard to meet the delivery estimates shown above, occasional delays caused by carrier service disruptions or local processing may occur and are outside our direct control.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our studio. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@selfsublime.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your SelfSublime piece.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. SelfSublime is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship it.
